After The Ceremony / On Arrival

Nibbles, Pintxos, Canapés, tasty bites - typically served in The Clubhouse - perfect to eat with a cocktail in hand!

Poco Pintxos

£9pp ex vat (£10.80pp inc vat)  must be ordered for all guests 

Little bites, Spanish style! Perfect for a nibble with a drink, on a skewer or easy to pick up with one hand.

Feast Well at The Victoria

Exceptionally seasonal, everything made on the day for you - and served fresh from Victoria’s Kitchen and presented most spectacularly as a seated feast on a curated hand picked collection of beautiful platters, plates and dishes…

Simply choose your main course - bread and butter and one dessert is included in the price. Add on extras if you'd like to!

To Get Started

You can choose more than one option, but each option must be ordered for all guests (we can’t do a split of options). Vegetarian or vegan options will be provided as required.

If seated, these options will remain on the table as the main course is served, unless otherwise agreed.

Starters

Bread & Butter - House-made, stone baked bread & butter - included in your feast

Focaccia - House-made focaccia, drizzled with olive oil - included in your feast

Add on your favourites! Choose as many as you like!

Seasonal Plates - £12pp ex vat (£14.40pp inc vat) - two seasonal sharing plates served with house-made bread, chosen by chef to perfectly match your chosen main course, using the absolute best of the season. Sample dishes include house-cured Chalk Stream trout with pickled rhubarb & sesame, Valencia melon & cucumber with sheep’s cheese & mint, fire roasted courgettes with house-made ricotta & fermented chilli dressing

Ricotta - £5pp ex vat (£6pp inc vat) - House-made ricotta, infused with herbs - served with fresh or roasted seasonal vegetables & focaccia Such as tangy aubergine caponata or fresh broad beans & peas, smashed with lemon & wild garlic

Pate - £8pp ex vat (£9.60pp inc vat) - House-made country style pate with baguettes, house-made butter & cornichons

Mezze - £7pp ex vat (£8.40pp inc vat) - hummus, baba ganoush & labneh with coriander zhoug - with house-made flatbreads

The Main Event! 

Choose a main dish (one option for all guests) from below which we will serve up with three super seasonal side dishes. 

Please note, the side dishes will be determined by the seasonal availability of produce, we will choose the best produce available for your Feast! 

Vegetarian & vegan guests: Most of the options below are based around a meat or fish option, but we will of course provide a delicious alternative for your vegetarian & vegan guests. As we work seasonally, this will be dependent on the availability of produce - and made to match your chosen main course perfectly - we have provided examples below, but may need to tweak the option depending on the season.

Main Courses

FEAST 1 - Total Menu Price £47pp ex vat (£56.40pp inc vat)

Spit-roast free-range chicken; marinated with yoghurt, oregano & lemon served with Tzatziki; Greek yoghurt, cucumber, mint & olive oil

For our vegetarian & vegan guests; A Spanikopita - layered filo pie with fresh parsley, dill & feta

With crispy potatoes roasted in olive oil with lemon, rosemary & oregano

2 seasonal sides such as greek salad or grilled courgettes & asparagus with lemon & herbs

FEAST 2 - Total Menu Price - £50pp ex vat (£60pp inc vat)

Fire roasted leg of Derbyshire lamb, marinated in Tandoori buttermilk - served with yoghurt & house-made pickles.

With baked Pilau rice, scented with whole toasted spices & burnt shallots

2 seasonal sides such as Punjabi style cabbage with ginger & mustard oil, or British bobby beans with toasted cumin & crispy shallots 

For your vegetarian guests: Tandoori style cauliflower with yoghurt & house pickles

FEAST 3 - Total Menu Price £46pp ex vat (£55.20pp inc vat)

Spit-roast chicken with lemon & thyme, with sweet roasted garlic aioli

Crispy roast potatoes

2 seasonal sides such as a leafy radish & kohlrabi salad or new season heritage carrots with sheep’s cheese & elderflower dressing 

For your vegetarian guests: A seasonal pie such as broad bean & feta

FEAST 4 - Total Menu Price £50pp ex vat (£60pp inc vat)

Roast Mount Grace pork ribeye & ribs - Iberian style, braised with honey, fennel & orange - with mojo verde.

Served with Patatas al pobre, British potatoes baked with onions, bay, white wine & olive oil

2 seasonal sides such as Isle of Wight tomatoes or charred leeks with romesco sauce 

For your vegetarian guests: A traditional Spanish dish such as saffron & vegetable paella 

FEAST 5 - Total Menu Price £47pp ex vat (£56.40pp inc vat)

Fire roasted Jerk chicken - with fresh orange & mint - served with charred pineapple salsa.

Served with baked rice & beans

2 seasonal sides such as a fresh chopped salad, spiced slaw or ‘fry bodi’ style green beans with tomatoes

For your vegetarian guests: Fire roasted Jerk cauliflower or aubergine with fresh orange & mint 

FEAST 6 - £price on request 

UK Landed flat fish such as halibut, turbot or sole with a herby salsa

Dauphinoise potatoes or buttered British potatoes (Jersey Royals when available)

2 seasonal sides such cavalo nero with hazelnuts & Centosettanta cheese or celeriac & leek gratin

For your vegetarian guests: A seasonal pie or pudding such as shitake, leek & tarragon

FEAST 7 -  Total Menu Price £50pp ex vat (£60pp inc vat)

BBQ beef featherblade - slowly braised in our tangy house-made bbq sauce

Macaroni cheese 

2 seasonal sides such as a crunchy apple, radish & cabbage slaw or cajun-buttered corn on the cob

For your vegetarian guests: BBQ oyster mushrooms in our tangy, house-made bbq sauce

FEAST 8 - Total Menu Price £50pp ex vat (£60pp inc vat)

Pork ‘Pernil’; slow-roasted Yorkshire pork collar, with fresh orange, lime & oregano. With pickled red onion & fresh herbs - finished with adobo

Ancho chicken ‘pibil’; chicken thighs with ‘pebre’ - a Chilean salsa of tomato, spring onion & coriander 

Fire-roasted British new potatoes such as pink fir or jerseys with salsa verde

2 seasonal sides such as bobby beans with spiced tomato dressing or roasted cabbage with garlic & oregano

For your vegetarian & vegan guests; Grilled ‘pibil’ cauliflower with ‘pebre’ - Chilean coriander salsa

FEAST 9 - Total Menu Price £56pp ex vat (£67.20pp inc vat)

Dry Aged Roast Beef Sirloin with red wine jus

OR UPGRADE! Roast Yorkshire rib of beef - with red wine jus - £64pp ex vat (£76.80pp inc vat)

Dauphinoise potatoes

2 seasonal sides such as roast hispi cabbage or new season heritage carrots 

For your vegetarian guests: A seasonal pie or pudding such as shitake, leek & tarragon

FEAST 10 - Total Menu Price £51pp ex vat (£61.20pp inc vat)

Yorkshire Honey-glazed Gressingham duck - slowly spit-roast and glazed

Served with a slightly spicy, orange sauce

For our vegetarian guests - Yorkshire-made tofu - glazed with honey & orange

Fragrant baked rice 

2 seasonal sides such as kohl rabi, radish & napa cabbage salad or new season organic cucumbers with soy & sesame

FEAST 11 - Total Menu Price £39pp ex vat (£46.80pp inc vat)

Brown butter cauliflower with creamy polenta, finished with caper & parsley salsa verde.

 3 seasonal sides such as radicchio with pickled mushrooms, crispy roast potatoes or Isle of Wight tomatoes

THE VEGGIE/VEGAN FEAST  - Starting from £39pp ex vat (£46.80pp inc vat)

Seasonal vegetarian or vegan feast! For a fully vegetarian feast, it's best for us to work with you to create your perfect menu, using the best of the seasonal produce, and incorporating your preferences.

PUDS

The Victoria - freshly made Victoria sponge cake with fresh cream, seasonal berries/roast fruits or homemade conserve (v, g)

Basque cheesecake with seasonal berries/fruit (v)

Seasonal American-style pie with a homemade buttery crust (such as blueberry frangipane in spring/summer or apple & blackberry crumble in winter) (v, g)

Dark chocolate mousse served in antique tureens & bowls, with a big spoon for sharing! With sherry almonds & whipped cream (v, g, contain nuts)

Chocolate & almond torte - with creme fraiche & seasonal berries or fruit (v, contains nuts)

Tiramisu - sponge soaked with Allpress espresso & mascarpone zabaglione - finished with grated chocolate (v, g)

Summer-su - Our summery version of Tiramisu! sponge soaked with raspberry gin, with lemon curd & mascarpone cream (v, g) Available until the end of September

When compiling this information please ensure your guests provide accurate information about their dietary needs. We need to know whether it is a severe allergy, a medical requirement or a preference so that we can make suitable adjustments. We may not provide a similar alternative where it is a preference, unless this can be catered for within the menu (see 'Plain Food' below).
