A big factor in choosing the venue (other than it being STUNNING) was the food; we’d both heard such good things and as massive foodies, we knew we wanted something special. We were blown away by it. "Lucy and the team were absolutely fab from the very beginning. The planning process couldn't have been any smoother, and they really went out of their way to make the whole thing as stress free as possible. Communication was consistently impeccable! We had sent the team so many emails with questions and queries, all of which were responded to fully and swiftly. This Victoria is something else! Again, it's so beautifully decorated! There is a rustic feel, gorgeous artwork on the walls, even the toilets look really cool. The whole place is very accessible, which is something that was important to us. The bar was also incredibly well stocked and catered to all of our guests preferences really well. The food was to die for, and is something our guests are still raving about. One thing that initially attracted us to the menu was the use of local produce and suppliers. The banquet style delivery of the meal worked really well, and everything tasted brilliant. The attention to detail was phenomenal! The team are very accommodating, we asked for an adjustment to the menu and they didn't hesitate. Overall, the team are happy to help with anything they can. All of the staff, from the planning team to the bartenders were brilliant! We really could not be happier with how our day went and couldn't recommend the Victoria enough!"

"We used Victoria Wedding and Events for our recent baby shower, and it was honestly such a great experience. We rented the Clubhouse Social room and it ended up being the perfect spot for the day. We had about 45 guests and it worked so well for a relaxed but stylish vibe. The clubhouse itself is super cool and laid-back, exactly what we were looking for, with plenty of space for both sitting and standing. The staff were amazing — really attentive and happy to help with anything we needed. The food was simple but perfect, with everything from pork sandwiches to flatbreads and cakes, so there was something for everyone. We also had a great variation of drinks at the bar, from coffee to cocktails, which was a huge hit with our guests. They even decorated the space with beautiful flowers and let us bring our own playlist, which made it feel really personal. Couldn’t recommend this place enough for any kind of celebration. We’ll definitely be back!"

When you get there, the venue is beautiful - it's clear there's a real eye-for-detail gone into the fitting out. And the service from the minute we walked in to left the next day was wonderful. And then we get to the food: delicious, served over the long banqueting table, again with great service and drinks flowing.
