We work hyper seasonally - which means working with local and regional growers, organic and regenerative farms for meat, fish and fruit and vegetables - we also work in close conjunction with suppliers championing ways to present exceptional, none-compromised, mindfully produced ingredients to our guests. We often have dishes on the menus that aren’t confirmed to our guests sometimes until a few days before their event - presenting a ‘what’s great to eat now ethos’ - working exceptionally seasonally - important given changeable weather conditions

In Victoria’s Courtyard we have a custom made fire grill a natural talking point for Summer alfresco events for fantastic parties, festivals and socials. Cooking with exceptional ingredients made even more delicious cooked on the grill over fire.
Sweet and savoury bakes straight out of Victoria’s ovens - milk rolls, ciabatta, subs, sandwich bread to flatbread and pizza dough to brown butter buns to cinnamon buns, cakes, cookies, bakes and everything in between all carefully made and presented for working lunches, conferences, wedding feasts, celebration dinners and tasty treats for Clubhouse Social...

Over the years at The Mowbray and The Chimney House we have developed our own interpretation of food for events…Ever abundant, always generous, exceptional in choice of ingredients and always handled with the lightest touch. Managing food waste is always high on our agenda - we maximise the great benefit of knowing as much as possible about our guests before their arrive so we can manage and minimise food waste with precision.
We run a creative and inclusive programme of gatherings that revolve around seasonality and provenance from Victoria’s Kitchen. We also seek to create gatherings that celebrate culture, wellness and inspiring people. From festivals, markets, live music, tasting events, suppers, lunchtimes, brunch and our own Movement Club - we work with our brands and inspiring guests to bring immersive, beautiful events to life to educate, motivate as well as just for pure enjoyment!
