It was genuinely phenomenal. Maddy and the team were exceptional and almost everything went perfectly!!!

I actually don’t remember really worrying about much on the day at all. Everyone has said it was the best wedding they’d ever been to!

From the way the room was set up for the ceremony to the OUT OF THIS WORLD food I genuinely can’t thank you enough.

The Pavs were my personal favorite!

The team on the day were really communicative and helpful, especially when each person was finishing their shift and came to make sure we knew who to go to in case there were any issues. They were our rockstars and stand outs of this entire experience. The venue and experience were fantastic but it is their care and attention to detail that really set the experience apart.

House-made rosemary focaccia (v, ve, g)

House-made ricotta with purple sprouting broccoli - with toasted garlic olive oil (v)

For the vegan guests: white bean and olive oil puree with purple sprouting broccoli (v, ve)

MAIN EVENT

Spit-roast free-range chicken marinated with yoghurt, oregano & lemon 

Served with tzatziki; Greek yoghurt, cucumber, mint & olive oil (v)

For the vegetarian guests: spring greens, sweet onions, chickpea and dill pie 

served with hummus (v, ve, g, contains sesame)

TO SHARE

Crispy potatoes roasted with lemon, rosemary & oregano (v, ve)

Greek salad with heritage tomatoes, baby cucumbers, feta and green olives (v)

Grilled courgettes with lemon, garlic and marjoram (v, ve)
