Everything went so smoothly and that's down to the talented staff. From Lucy answering our many questions in the build up, to Sal with her expert styling, and to Cat, Emma and Ro making sure everything went according to plan on the day.

Mowbray-made potato topped focaccia (v, ve, g)
Fried halloumi with grilled peaches, Yorkshire honey & toasted almonds (v, contains nuts)
Tyrokafteri – roasted peppers & red chillies bound with feta (v)
Skordalia – sweet roasted garlic with potato, olive oil & fresh lemon (v, ve)
