The day itself was fantastic – both venues were set up beautifully, and we felt so well looked after by the team. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, which meant we could simply relax, soak it all in, and truly enjoy every moment.

The food was absolutely exceptional – our guests are still raving about it! The sharing plates made the meal feel so fun and sociable, adding a lovely, relaxed energy to the day.

The Sharing Table Deluxe 

A resplendent feast with some of our favourite Wintersome flavours. The feast starts with some tasty snacks & small plates and rolls straight into a delicious centre piece which includes artisanal Sheffield-made sausages!

ON THE TABLE 

Mowbray-made potato topped focaccia (v, ve, g) 

Melitzanosalata; Smoky aubergine, smashed with garlic, olive oil & fresh parsley (v, ve) 

Tyrokafteri; Roasted peppers & red chillies bound with feta (v) 

Skordalia; Sweet roasted garlic with potato, olive oil & fresh lemon (v, ve) 

THE MAIN EVENT 

Chargrilled Yorkshire free-range chicken; marinated with yoghurt, oregano & lemon 

Served with Tzatziki; Greek yoghurt, cucumber, mint & olive oil 

Pipers pork & lamb sausages - seasoned with orange & leek - with a herby salsa  (For our vegetarian & vegan guests; A Spanikopita - layered filo pie with fresh parsley, dill & feta. Served with tzatziki (v, g) 

SIDES TO SHARE 

Crispy potatoes roasted in olive oil with lemon, rosemary & oregano (v, ve) 

Pantzarosalata; beetroots dressed in olive oil & red wine vinegar with toasted seeds. With buttermilk dressing (v) - asked the client
