Bringing a dynamic energy into one day or multi-day conferences allowing guests to move freely between buildings for talks, presentations and screenings. Our focus on sustainability and our food and drink led style of hospitality gives guests a feeling of ‘at home’ comfort - allowing creativity and productivity to flourish.
Using both venues allows use of The Mowbray’s roof top Cabin and Up On The Roof - private first floor roof garden, The Mowbray’s main Meeting Room, Victoria’s Clubhouse, The Chapel, The Lodge and The Courtyard.
Everything at the Victoria was perfect. We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Victoria. The entire evening was faultless. The staff were excellent and everything was so well organised. The food was mouth-watering and the portion sizes were generous. Everyone said they had a great time, and the only disappointing part was the night coming to an end. We can’t wait to organise future events at the Victoria. Thank you so much for the evening and for making my life as host so easy.

Since we have opened Victoria - just over the road from The Mowbray - our multi-award winning event space - we have been working alongside inspiring brands and event organisers to tap into a new style of conference which embraces both of our sustainable historic venues.
We’re proud to be chosen by brands and companies to work together to deliver seamless events that often have high profile and VIP guests. In July 2025 we were honored to welcome His Royal Highness Prince William, Gordon Brown and Steven Bartlett into The Mowbray and Victoria as part of a two day conference. Working collaboratively with organisers The Mowbray hosted the main conference - and Victoria hosted a cocktail and canape reception, live music performances, mealtimes and private meetings and workshops.

Let us look after your guests from arrivals, breakfast, mid-morning cookies and coffee to seasonal lunches served to suit your day right through into afternoon tea and freshly baked cakes flowing effortlessly into cocktails and social catch ups - then switch venues for a post conference supper to impress. We often host multi-day conferences with a different agenda for a different building each day.

Many of our event organisers are from out of Sheffield - and our feedback is that our insight is invaluable for taking the pressure off!
