Four years in the making - Victoria is a flagship events and gathering space. A popular daily Meeting Room - perfect for team meetings, away days, training sessions, workshops and conferencing for small groups and large groups of up to 130 guests.
We have a range of flexible floor plans to provide your perfect orientation for a productive and inspiring day for both smaller and larger groups. We have 3 indoor spaces - The Chapel / The Lodge / The Clubhouse and also a large secure private outdoor space for your use.

For our meetings at Victoria we serve The Good Brew which has been recommended for our meeting room guests by Allpress – bright, fruity, and session able. The perfect filter pairing to keep teams engaged and caffeinated.
In our ground floor Clubhouse Cafe we serve daily coffee shop favourites from Cappuccino to Flat Whites and tasty iced specials feel free to dip in and out - perfect for breaks! We will let you know when you book if we are open as our Cafe and what is happening in that space on the day. The Clubhouse is a successful shared space to promote inclusivity and creativity - we're excited to share it with you!
Coffee Tokens
We also offer coffee tokens - which we can give to your guests on arrival and they can be exchanged at the Coffee Bar whenever your guests would like a 'coffee shop' coffee during the day A small but effective way of treating your team on the day!

Originally built in 1884 - Victoria has been responsibly and sustainably renovated from derelict with infinite care and attention. Powered by solar energy alongside a carefully executed curation of premium reclaim and reuse gives Victoria a purpose like no other - inviting vital awareness around topics of responsible design, environment and sustainability.
Nothing here has gone to waste as Victoria has been developed as the ‘ultimate reuse’ project as the goal throughout - which extends to the interior design and exterior landscaping - creating a place of beauty from antique and reclaim treasures and repurposed items...

We can cater for all dietary requirements with advance notice. We’re proud to bake our own bread and fresh cakes daily and everything we serve has been cooked and made with skill and passion from our dedicated chefs. We work seasonally and with the best ingredients available to us.
Many of our guests will finish their meeting, head into The Clubhouse and stay with us for dinner - we have some beautiful menus to suit all occasions - so just let us know if we can tempt you!

Made by our chefs - our Cakes & Cookies are created fresh to order and made from the finest ingredients! Only the best eggs and butter are allowed! Perfect for a birthday or simply a bespoke way to pep up the morning and/or the afternoon!
Our cakes are freshly made on the day by The Victoria Kitchen, and we are able to cater for some dietary requirements on request as detailed below. If you have any vegan guests we can prepare a delicious alternative at an additional £3pp plus vat, in addition to your choice of cake.

At Victoria we do our best to cater for any allergies or dietary requirements. In order to do this we ask that you provide full and thorough information in advance of your event.
When compiling this information please ensure your guests provide accurate information about their dietary needs. We need to know whether it is a severe allergy, a medical requirement or a preference so that we can make suitable adjustments. We may not provide a similar alternative where it is a preference, unless this can be catered for within the menu (see 'Plain Food' below). The Clubhouse is a multi-use space with our Cafe - 'Clubhouse Social' serves coffee and tasty sweet and savoury bakes and anytime eating. Perfect to dip in and out of - topping up on Allpress Coffee. We'll speak to you at the time of booking about how this can be added into your day with us!
We also have a super refreshing range of soft drinks to chose from or cocktails, beers and wines after your day has finished
Either pre-order, pay as you go - or you can pop it on a tab to be invoiced after your day with us!
Arrivals & Parking

All bikes welcome! If you are arriving by the finest form of travel- we will be able to accommodate your bike. Please be sure to bring your lock!
Arriving by Car
There are 'all day' parking bays marked on Burton Road, Rowland Street, Harvest Lane, Neepsend Lane and Mowbray Street which are the roads that surround Victoria.
We do have car parking on site at Victoria - for a pre-agreed number of cars.
There are also multiple parking options in designated car parks within a couple of minutes walk. We are close to the Shalesmoor tram (a 5 min walk) and are on 2 bus routes. Please see directions and instructions from train, bus and car via our Arrivals page.
