Movement Club at Victoria - Evelin Fecioru

Movement Club at Victoria

Join us for our first edition of Movement Club on Sunday 2nd March. We're excited to get going with this - something we've spoken a lot about for Victoria during our restoration of this soulful and historic building... The interiors we've created - the floors especially - beautiful recycled timbers - are the most wonderful environments to embrace movement and energy.

Our plan is is that we'll be meeting regularly - all different type of movement over the year - with the aim that together we'll enjoy positive fun times as we move through the seasons.

Victoria gives us a really special space to give time and energy to dedicated wellness and self care - with multiple rooms - and a gorgeous private outdoor space to host inclusive gatherings dedicated to moving our bodies and feeling better for doing it!

This is very much a class for everyone... Sixty minutes of uplifting yoga/pilates - guaranteed to put a gentle spring back into your step!

To kick things off - combining two of our most favourite things - gatherings and food - we've added our Clubhouse Brunch as an optional extra - with a saving if you'd like to join us for both Movement Club and Brunch...

First up - Evelin Fecioru

Evelin has been practicing yoga for over a decade. She completed her Teacher Training in 2018 and has been teaching ever since. She is keen to share her passion by teaching in a way that simultaneously challenges and nurtures. Her classes incorporate playful sequences to improve mobility, strength and balance whilst encouraging everyone to move in a way that best suits their own bodies. She's also an experienced Pilates instructor, trained in both Mat and Reformer, teaching in the best Pilates studios across Sheffield.

Evelin says...

"Join us for the launch of the Movement Club at Victoria, a very special class combining Pilates and yoga into an uplifting, joyous celebration of movement. This class is open to people of all different levels and abilities, no previous experience necessary. We’ll kick off with 30-minutes of Pilates, moving through a selection of classical and contemporary exercises to strengthen the entire body, improve flexibility and develop internal awareness. The second half of the session is a Vinyasa-style flow - moving to the rhythm of the breath, progressing to deep stretches that release tension and alleviate stress, followed by meditative rest."
