Celebrating Harriet
Harriet’s 30th birthday brief was perfect! A sit down feast for 40 friends and family - then dancing!
This party was gorgeous in so many ways - using The Clubhouse for gatherings and delicious welcome cocktails - Rhubarb Negronis and Winter Margs - then moving up to The Chapel for a candlelit vegetarian feast...
It was then back downstairs into The Clubhouse for an epic party and dancing - with our secret DJ booth spinning all of the tunes...
The Birthday Feast
TO START
House-made baguettes and salted butter (v, g)
THE MAIN EVENT
Roast shallot, braised lentil and wild mushroom bourguignon pot pie (v,ve, g)
SIDES TO SHARE
Roast hispi cabbage (v, ve)
Heritage carrots (v, ve)
Crisp roast potatoes - with garlic and thyme (v, ve)
TO FINISH
Chocolate and almond torte - with creme fraiche & roasted pears (v, contains nuts)

Oh THANK YOU SO MUCH! What. A. Night!
The table details, the food, the pink flowers and pink bar (thank you!!), every member of your team I interacted with - all completely and utterly stunning! I have had so many messaged from my friends all saying what an insane night it was and so many complimented about the venue and food. If I am entirely honest - I was so full of adrenaline I probably didn't eat as much as I could have! My partner Jack was like "Harriet, focus - this food is INSANE, stop looking around and chatting and eat!" hahaha.
You guys are all phenomenal. Gutted I didn't actually meet you in person given how fantastic you've been in the organising. Both Emma and Hannah were wonderful! And the chaps at the door and bar - so welcoming and excited! Please pass on my thanks to whoever you see!
It was honestly more than I could have dreamed off. A party I will remember for forever - so thank you for helping create one of those key days in my life.
