A Fun Day!
On Sunday the 9th of August between 11am and 4pm come along to Victoria for a relaxed fun family day! A gorgeous gathering dedicated to having fun and celebrating the Summer with our friends!
Clubhouse Social is open from 9am if you’d like to come for early coffee and treats before the party starts at 11am
There's an alfresco ice-cream and iced coffee bar, delicious things from the outdoor Fire Kitchen. You'll find coffee, cakes, bakes and savouries inside The Clubhouse on the ground floor of Victoria...

It's £2 to park all day in any of the bay parking areas all around the venue. It is free to park after 3pm. There is no parking onsite for this event.

Our Cafe - Clubhouse Social is on the ground floor of Victoria and is open from 9am
We only take card payments
We have baby changing and a lift to access the first floor market
Children must be supervised by their adults at all time
There is no parking onsite
We have both indoor/outdoor seating
All of the kids activites are free and are based on first come, first served basis
The photobooth has a small charge as well as the Tarot readings and family portraits

*Please note - all parents will be required to sign a waiver form before their children go onto the bouncy castle - there is also an age limit of 10yrs old - and we'll pause bouncing if it rains! Please do not leave your child unsupervised on the Bouncy Castle.

Mimi Odette will be showcasing their brand-new autumn hand-knits, alongside an exclusive preview of their upcoming Autumn/Winter fabrics—all available to order on the day! Each piece is lovingly personalized just for you.
Rhyme & Reason will be offering enchanting children's books with captivating stories and stunning illustrations. Perfect for young readers and discerning adults alike, these picture books, nonfiction titles, and pop-up books engage and inspire curiosity.
CRAFT Sheffield will be showcasing a beautiful collection of handmade, sustainable textiles, all thoughtfully created in their Sheffield studio. Crafted from organic linen, natural cotton, and carefully repurposed garments, these unique pieces are perfect for summer holidays and everyday wear. Alongside the textile collection, CRAFT has also curated a range of sustainably produced Italian leather goods, all of which will be available to browse and purchase on the day.
Helen from Little Puddle People will be bringing a bubble bonanza to the Bear and Babe party! Be wowed by her colourful giant bubbles as they float into the air, laugh at the elephant bubbles and chase clouds of bubble foam, make your own bubble wand and have a go at making bubbles with random items - bubbles from a colander? No way!? You'll be left feeling full of joy after delighting in the simple magic of bubbles!

Jessica will be creating live family portraits on the day - you can take home a unique piece of art created right there in front of you in just 10 minutes. A beautiful illustration that captures the moment of the fun family day!
Since 2014, My Arty Party has been bringing colourful, crafty fun to children across Sheffield and the surrounding areas! They're all about sparking imaginations, getting those creative hats on, and making magical memories through arts and crafts.
On the day you will be able to come and make a wooden spoon doll with fabrics supplied by Bear and Babe.
(BY) Paper Goods will be bringing beautiful gift wrap and greetings cards to stock up on so you're never caught out mid-birthday-party-season. There'll be undated planners and notebooks for the grown-ups and the kids, plus paper crafts, small gifts and treats. They're also setting up a pocket money shelf so little ones can pick out something for themselves.
Christina and Gary are husband and wife team in this small family jewellery business based in Sheffield. They specialise in handwoven chain jewellery designs and there’s something for everyone on their stall. From fun & funky Kinect Kids bracelets for children, stylish Steel City bracelets for men, hypoallergenic, lightweight & colourful Boho earrings or for something really special they have a gorgeous collection of sterling silver earrings, pendants, bracelets, anklets and rings.
They can also cater for bespoke designs on the day - be it colour & size options or a tweak in the design style to get that perfect gift or treat for yourself.
The Mum Club Sheffield is all about bringing mums together, welcoming monthly events where you can meet other local mums, make new friends and take a little time for yourself. They host everything from brunch clubs and fitness sessions to relaxed walking clubs, with something for everyone.

Patterns & Sync - Tarot Readings
Jess is a tarot reader, and uses the cards to help you have a conversation with your intuition and see your life from a greater perspective. She'll be offering 15-mins & 30-mins readings. Her readings aim to leave you in good spirits, so no matter the card, you'll feel uplifted and energised!
Ella Osborne is an illustrator and maker based in Sheffield. She designs and sells colourful prints, stationary and accessories, including badges, cards, wrapping paper, pocket mirrors, stickers, prints and much more. She likes her stall to feel fun and abundant, like a sweet shop!

Summer Kids Club at Victoria
Our Family Fun Day is part of our Kids Club running through the School Holidays at Victoria - a month of creative fun, workshops, gatherings revolving around Clubhouse Social - our ever welcoming Cafe/Bar on the ground floor of Victoria - celebrating beautifully seasonal food and excellent coffee!
